Career Focus will provide wage subsidy for graduates to enhance our industries and encourage qualified young people to develop their skills.  

The Career Focus program is available to youth 15 to 30 years of age, who desire to utilize their education and training towards career goals and aspirations. Employers who desire to participate in our program will be reimbursed a portion of the participant’s wages for up to 6 months. Participants will be provided with ongoing support and mentorship to create the first steps towards their professional profile.

Eligibility:

  • 15 to 30 years of age
  • Eligible under the Skills Link fund
  • A current student of a graduate or a post-secondary institution
