The Reach-Up program is available to youth 15 years of age and up (no age limit), who self-identify as having a disability that makes finding employment difficult. A disability is a permanent physical or mental impairment that may restrict a person’s ability to perform daily activities. If this sounds like the program for you, contact us to get started!

Quick Overview of Program:

  • One-on-one appointments
  • Life skills such as: communication, budgeting, and goal setting
  • Employment skills such as: resume making, job searching, and interview techniques
  • Job Shadowing
  • Contacts within Industries
  • Paid Work Experience


  • Self-identified disability that limits daily activity
  • Want help to prepare for work and finding a job (self-employed)
  • Unemployed and working less than 20 hours per week
  • 15 years of age or older


More Details:
Reach-Up is designed to assist youth with any self-identified disability to develop life skills, work skills, and learn how to get and keep a job. Youth can go to workshops to learn how to write a resume, how to search for jobs, and learn interview techniques. They  are given the opportunity to job shadow, meet contacts within industries, and receive paid work experience.
